Diversity Rules Will Survive!
As you may have heard, Diversity Rules has hit a
TEMPORARY skid., unfortunately, due to this damn economy at the beginning
of last year. I haven't been able to publish an issue since my July/August
Issue. My printer has sent me to collections and I am sure some legal action
shall commence soon, as I have not been able to find the resources to take
care of this debt. Some good leads but none have come to fruition.
So I need to get that taken
care of before progress forward can happen with new issues.
I am looking for a backer or backers. Plain and simple. However, I am willing to give
whomever is willing to do that the two full page color ads right in the
middle of the publication for as long as desired, as well as some black and
whites throughout the publication too. I am trying to think out of the box
to get this thing solvent and up and running again. It is my dream and I
simply will not let it die. I am just not going to. I thought partnering
with a business or some other entity would be a great way to bring in some
much needed revenue.
I have been doing this pretty much myself. I do the layout, the design, sell
the ads, distribute it and whatever else needs to be done. However, since I
have this full time gig at City Hall, my time is somewhat limited in how
much time I can spend selling ads and grubbing the bushes for money, etc. So
that is where I am at with this "backer" idea. Until I can conquer the world
and become financially independent, I need some help... LOL.
So if any of you have any ideas or know of someone that may be interested in
chatting with me, let me know when you get a chance. Or if you have any
ideas on who I could contact to maybe run this idea by them, that would be
cool too.
